Break Down of Fees to Join

When considering joining Allstar Homes Realty, it's essential to understand the breakdown of fees associated with membership. Here's a detailed breakdown:

Sign-Up Fee

There is a one-time sign-up fee of $99, covering administrative expenses for joining the Allstar Homes Realty network.

Monthly Fees

Members are required to pay monthly fees of $85, which encompass technology usage and errors and omissions (EO) insurance.

Annual Renewal Fee

Annually, agents are obligated to pay a renewal fee of $695 every 12 months to maintain their membership status.

TRANSACTION FEE


For each transaction, agents are charged a base fee of $695. If the transaction amount exceeds $750,000, an additional $200 is applied. Moreover, for every $250,000 increment above $1,000,000, an extra $200 is charged, with a yearly cap of $15,000. Beyond this cap, the transaction fee decreases to $175 for the remainder of the calendar year.
